BCH HR Business Partners are the frontline of talent strategy. We are responsible for aligning business objectives with management and employees as the link between HR and the business. We advise and support managers on strategic issues and help them implement high-performing, integrated human resources practices into their departments. The Role of HR as a strategic partner is to develop and direct an HR agenda that supports and drives the overarching goals of BCH. Having an intimate understanding of the business challenges of the teams we support; our HR Business Partners work to solve and re-frame those challenges through the lens of talent and employee experience. HR Business Partners bridge the gap between the work of the HR Team on the ground and the mission of our executive leadership. While continuously driving a culture of Inclusiveness, Diversity and overall Employee Experience; our HR Business Partners work in conjunction with Leaders to effectively develop, plan, facilitate and implement various long term people strategies to support long term and sustainable success Boston Children’s HR Business Partners offer coaching and consulting resources to employees and managers on issues relating to the workplace. These can be employee relation matters, compensation, workforce planning, performance management, organizational change, organizational/job design or any of the countless challenges that can arise.
