As Director of IT & Engineering leader, I am responsible for creating the concept of done and ensuring that everyone on the product development and operations teams works collaboratively to meet it. My responsibilities involved creating an overall quality assurance plan for product development and IT operations strategies, as well as making decisions on engineering tools and required IT infrastructure. I\'m training my quality engineering team in the skills necessary to assure a high-quality product, teaching teams to perform to high standards, and consistently developing a metrics-driven approach that allows everyone to learn and improve in a safe and fast-paced workplace. My goal is to instill a QAOps culture by integrating QA processes and reporting dashboards with the fundamental concepts of DevOps, which are nothing more than continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous testing in the same pipeline.
