Responsible for the leadership, mentoring, and professional development of 18 Maneuver Captains Career Course students. Trains junior captains and senior lieutenants to command Company Teams in various formations and to serve as battalion primary staff officers and brigade assistant staff officers. Plans, prepares, and executes 540 hours of doctrinal and tactics instruction to include Army operations doctrine, battle-focused training, the military decision-making process, intelligence preparation of the battlefield, and physical fitness training. Develops, updates, and coordinates lesson plans, training aids, and resources.

ABOUT ROBERTO HUIE
Roberto has over 9 years of combined leadership experience as both as a civilian, cadet, and currently as an active duty infantry officer in the US Army. In the Army he has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, from Platoon Leader to Company Commander. Roberto\'s career has been primarily characterized by two themes: First, he has had numerous experiences with adapting to a position for which he has received little, if any, training, and by being a quick-study, he has always succeeded. Second, he has benefited professionally from living internationally, having worked and traveled for over three years in Europe. Roberto graduated and commissioned from the United States Military Academy at West Point in May of 2016 with a Bachelors of Science (B.S.) in Human Geography and Arabic. He subsequently received a Masters of Science (M.S.) in Organizational Leadership from Columbus State University in 2021.
