Men\'s Shirt Pattern Recognition:Implemented YOLOv5, a cutting-edge computer vision model, to recognise patterns on men’s shirts, such as stripes, checks, and solids. Achieved high accuracy for facilitating better labeling of products in online shop- Colour Recommendation System:Implemented Item-to-Item collaborative filtering techniques using customer transaction data from Brick-and-Mortar stores to enhance the online shopping experience by suggesting harmonious colour combinations for clothing items- Clothing Colour Extraction:Designed and implemented a pipeline using OpenCV to extract specific color names from clothing images. Employed KNN to match extracted colours to the best matching colour IDs, enhancing colour identification accuracy- Brand Affinity:Collaborated in building a machine learning model to identify and rank the top 10 brands each customer is most likely to purchase in their upcoming online sessions, using historical online behavior patterns- Sustainable Fashion and Customer Migration:Conducted comprehensive data analytics for various clothing brands, leveraging customer transaction data to assess customer responses to sustainable products.Analyzed customer migration between brands, offering insights for targeted marketing and retention- Customer Profile Analysis:Developed a closeness scoring system to quantify the similarity between brick-and-mortar and online retail environments, enabling data-driven insights for personalized marketing and sales strategies.
