ABOUT R. SCOTT VICTORIA

R. Scott Victoria is a seasoned leader in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at TradePMR. With extensive experience working with both registered representatives and independent registered investment advisors (RIAs), Scott is passionate about optimizing operations, driving innovation, and ensuring that financial advisors have the tools, technology, and support designed to help them deliver exceptional service to their clients.He oversees the company’s institutional brokerage operations, works to mitigate business risk, and ensures key controls are effective. He also leads TradePMR’s business committee, setting the strategic direction and guiding the Product team.Driven by a commitment to help financial stewards deliver exceptional service, Scott ensures client firms have access to the tools and support they need to help them succeed. He embraces the challenges of the evolving financial services industry, and advocates for innovation and continuous improvement.Scott is from Miami and attended the University of Florida, where he earned his bachelor\'s degree in finance and an MBA. With a strong foundation in brokerage operations, he joined TradePMR in 2009 as a trading intern and served in various roles before being named COO in 2018. Scott is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and has earned numerous securities licenses, including Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 66 and FL 2 - 15 insurance license.Scott has been awarded with the following honors- Next Gen Rising Star, Luminaries, 2024- Hispanic Chief Operating Officer of the Year, Wealth Solutions Report, 2024- Employer Support of The Guard and Reserve, Office of the Secretary of Defense, 2024
