MY MOTIVATIONGandhi said,\"Be the change you wish to see in the world.\" Considering the reality of the world\'s finite resources, I want to use my diverse educational and professional background to make the world greener by pursuing a career in sustainability. MY BACKGROUND & EXPERTISEHaving completed two bachelor’s and two master’s degrees, I not only have a strong background in science and technology, but also can write about complex subjects for a variety of audiences. In previous roles, I demonstrated my ability to hit the ground running and provided innovative solutions for project management, database management, and company communications. I am an avid learner and continually strive to further my knowledge in my field. Currently, I am certified as a LEED AP O+M, WELL AP, CEM, and PMP.I help clients reach their energy efficiency and climate action plan goals through my technical expertise in building benchmarking and performance, stakeholder engagement, program management, policy research and analysis, marketing and communications, and business development. MY COMMUNITYI highly value giving back and am often around town supporting my community through my service with the San Diego Green Building Council and the Junior League of San Diego. I also previously served two years on the Mission Valley Planning Group Community Plan Update subcommittee.
