As a core member of the Workday HR technology team, I specialize in the technical architecture, design, and development of complex system integrations involving Workday, ServiceNow, and a suite of internal enterprise applications. My role bridges deep technical execution with strategic collaboration across business and vendor stakeholders. Here are some key projects:Peakon Implementation:Led the end-to-end technical execution of the Peakon employee engagement platform integration with Workday and other internal systems. Acted as the primary liaison between the vendor and business stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery, alignment, and adoption of the solution.ADP Integration:Served as a key contributor to the strategic integration of ADP with Workday. Evaluated API capabilities within ADP’s API Central and played a critical role in the design and technical build of the integration, enabling seamless HR and payroll data flow.
