Experience working as a techno-legal lawyer with a total 13+ exp in technology and 7+ as legal counsel. Working experience on various Business Agreements, Commercial Contracts, Legal compliances including Privacy and Technology compliances where majority of work revolve around reviewing, drafting, vetting, negotiating, redlining, closing, assessing variety of agreements for SaaS agreements, reseller and referral agreements, professional service agreements, and consulting services agreements,addendums, SOP\'s, SOW\'s including Upstream-Downstream Vendors/Service Providers Third Party Risk Assessments, DPA Questionnaires, Security Questionnairs, Gen AI Questionnairs, Contractual Queries, PIA\'s, DPIA\'s in the light of Data Protection Laws, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and applicable country specific laws. Working with cross fuctional teams ISMS, Dev, Sales, Finance etc to streamline inefficiencies, and continual improvement in response to external customer concerns or internal stakeholders req.Work with Global customers, Business, Vendors, Employees, Auditors, legal counselors, etc ensuring business terms are protected and country-specific legal requirements are met. Beside Technology, worked on a few other domains including Telecom, Education, Healthcare, LifeScience, Energy, Media, Carbon Offsetting (EPRA), Crypto, AI/ML, Data Science, etc
