Driven by a passion for creating intuitive and user-centered solutions, I am currently transitioning my career into UX/UI Design through an immersive course at the UX Design Institute. My background in logistics and operations management at Staffmark Drivers has equipped me with valuable transferable skills, including a strong focus on customer needs, problem-solving, process optimization, and effective communication.In my previous roles, I was responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of customers and talent, managing payroll, and developing talent through training and coaching. This experience has instilled in me the importance of understanding user needs and creating efficient, user-friendly processes. My time as an On-Site Supervisor and Delivery Driver further honed my abilities in scheduling, dispatching, and problem-solving, all of which are crucial in designing effective user experiences.I am eager to apply my growing UX/UI design knowledge and my understanding of real-world operational challenges to create impactful digital solutions.
