Responsible for the identification of, negotiations with and conclusion of the event contract with potential Host Cities - Responsible for all operational functions in supporting and advising the Host City in the delivery of the Invictus Games-Responsible for the evolution of the Games including through virtual and digital platforms-Responsible for managing the relationships with 20 Participating Nations as part of building the international Invictus community- Responsible coordinating the curation of best practice including through research, workshops and webinars- Responsible for the Governance and HR functions to the Foundation as well as coordinating the appropriate Legal support
