About Ravi Krishnan

I am currently a finance manager at Somalogic, supporting commercial functions. Previously I served in various roles as a financial analyst at nVent plc, and was a member of the finance rotation program at Pentair plc. I am purpose driven and am passionate about problem-solving and strive to leave every role I enter in a better place than when I found it. I believe culture is extremely important and I work tirelessly to foster a positive and collaborative culture on my team.Outside the workplace, I am the serve on the board of Literacy Minnesota, a not-for profit organizations seeking to spread the gifts of reading and writing to people not only in our community, but around the world. At Literacy Minnesota, I am Chair of the Executive Committee, where, in conjunction with the Chair of the Board, I communicate regularly with the Executive Director and Associate Director in matters including but not limited to Finance & Audit, HR, Development, and Marketing, while also leading the committee that includes the board members leading those functions.
