About Rridhima Namdeo
I am an HR professional with a total experience of more than 18 years. Currently working as Head of Human Resources at SEDEMAC. I started my career with Designing of Car Body Structures at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL). I have a granted patent for my design as well. Then, my passion for HR led me to pursuing an MBA from MDI, Gurgaon. Post my MBA, I have handled various aspects of HR at MSIL R&D which include Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Gender Diversity & Inclusion, Outsource Manpower Management, Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Attrition Analysis etc. I was also felicitated by the MD of Maruti Suzuki India Limited for my contribution to Learning and Development journey of Engineers at Maruti Suzuki R&D at Gurgaon and Rohtak Location.
