I’m a results-driven training and education professional with three decades of leadership and workforce development experience, including 20 years of global service as a U.S. Marine.As the Director of Training at BG Workforce Solutions, I help equip the U.S. Military, Federal Government, Allied Military, and Domestic Organic Industrial Bases with the solutions and tools necessary to recruit, train, and sustain a skilled workforce.In addition to managing my own company, I’ve also held roles in curriculum development, instructional design, commercial/military aviation, project management, public administration, and content creation.Let’s connect!

   As the Director of Training, I support high-impact Department of War (DoW) workforce development,training, and manufacturing initiatives in the United States and abroad. I additionally take great pride in providing world-class support to C-level leadership in administering mission-critical projects for the U.S. Military and their partners. Additional key responsibilities include- Functions as the BG Workforce Solutions (BGWS) Chief of Training Operations- Leads the development and standardization of “Best Training Practices” across the organization- Serves as project lead on instructional design (ID) contracts- Mentors and collaborates with BGWS instructors and ID staff to produce high quality training products- Design, develops, and integrates training curricula and materials in the BGWS training ecosystem- Leads the design, development, and integration of training and articulation pathways- Assists in the design, development, and integration of on-site training labs & classrooms- Serves as a training systems expert by sharing expert-level proficiency with BGWS software products (Gemini, CertiFLEX, SMARTS)- Evaluates current and future manufacturing, maintenance, industrial processes, and technologies for on-site integration- Evaluates current customer training practices and curricula for improvement and integration within the BGWS training ecosystem- Provides training and product support to existing DoD customers and selected partners- Serve as a key liaison between BGWS and military or civilian stakeholders for training related matters- Communicates with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, while demonstrating professionalism and integrity- Provides regular updates to C-level executives to facilitate strategic decision-making- Builds strong customer relationships and demonstrate leadership consistent with military cultural values.
