Key Deliverables- Currently handling Electrical Engineering of Oxygen plant (having 50MW plant load) and 3 x L200 Projects as a Lead Electrical- Managing team of electrical engineer & designer- Electrical System design with variety of voltage system from 120V to 13.8kV as per IS / IEC / / NEC / NFPA / AS / NZS- Electrical document preparation/review for equipment’s as per project scope- Create specification, datasheet and requisition packages of different electrical equipments- Technical bid analysis of equipments- Vendor Drawing/Document Review- Technical Query (TQ) Resolution- Technical support to proposal, material, QC and Site and commissioninging team- Site Support and Troubleshooting- Factory acceptance test (FAT) and site acceptance test (SAT)- Co-ordinate with vendors, Engineering contractor(s) and site team- Co-ordinate with internal engineering departments such as Process, Civil, Piping, Instrumentation and Mechanical etc. to meet RFT- Support to procurement team for developing & finalizing vendors for different electrical equipment’s- Review and follow project schedule weekly as well as monthly basis to meet project scheduled- Develop and implement electrical design best practices, processes, and procedures within the Standard Work framework- Coach, support, and motivate to ensure a high performing electrical engineering team- Support innovation through technology identification and roadmap development- Excellent time management skills: ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks with strong planning skills- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure that the team works across organizational boundaries to help deliver successful projects- Attending technical and safety related queries and requirements of customers- ISO Audit
