ABOUT RACHELLE ROGERS-ARD

I am an educator, administrator, and organizational development expert with over 25 years’ experience preparing adults to lead, manage and improve organizational health. Using my own Authentic Leadership framework, my work transforms teams, increases productivity, aligns systems, and improves the ways in which vision, mission, culture and values unite organizations. What sets me apart is that I design, implement and facilitate customized training sessions around teamwork, recruitment, retention, leadership, and overall organizational health utilizing Social-Emotional best practices as a lever for equitable change. My current training,\"Leading Across Difference: Understanding the Roots of Anti-blackness, whiteness and Racial Bias to Create Inclusive Leadership\" is my main focus. I believe effective leaders must interrogate their own biases in order to shift policies, practices and procedures to lead inclusive spaces. Excited about my new book,\"Black Educational Leadership: From Silencing to Authenticity\", available now on Amazon!
