We offer a curated selection of authentic, eco-conscious clothing featuring our private-label sustainable knitwear, as well as jewelry and accessories for both men and women. Additionally, we showcase unique home goods and gift items. As the Buying and Inventory Director, my responsibilities include sourcing eco-conscious products that align with our values, building strong relationships with vendors, and managing product allocation to maintain optimal sales and inventory levels across all channels. I also oversee merchandising and lead the sales team for our three brick-and-mortar locations and the e-commerce site to ensure that all visual merchandising is on brand. In this role, I train and develop the inventory and sales team through coaching and providing feedback to drive sales and achieve KPIs. I educate the sales team about new brands and product knowledge and foster relationships with both our local and transient clients. I analyze our profit and loss results to increase and maximize sales, develop strategies to boost sales and store revenues, control labor hours, resolve customer concerns with their satisfaction in mind, and am accountable for all operational functions across all locations.
