I oversee the printmaking area and Art Prep Program at Northern Kentucky School of the ArtsA list of courses I have taught include- Drawing I - Printmaking I- Printmaking II - Techniques in Printmaking- Screen Printing - Workshop in Printmaking: Art of the Risograph - Special Topics in Art: Art of Collage- Art Appreciation NKU printmaking offers a studio environment where students can work communally, encouraging the sharing of ideas and technical skills. Printmaking discipline is particularly accommodating and open to students who work in other studio areas because of its many and diverse methodologies. Our printmaking studio include- State of the Art ventilation system for a safe work environment - Large open print studio with large windows and ample work tables - Two large vacuum exposure units, vacuum table - Large Brand 36 x 60 etching press, Praga etching press, Takach lithography press - Separate screen wash-out and exposing rooms - Non-toxic processes - Drying racks and flat files for student work - Ventilated spray booth - Vandercook SP15 letter press - RISO MF9450U Digital Duplicator - Two 3-D printers - Occipital Stucture 3-D scanner - Macintosh computer workstation, several Epson flatbed scanners, Epson 3880 wide format inkjet printer, HP 5200 wide format laser printer.
