Assists with leadership, direction and implementation of major gift fundraising strategies for the College of Arts and Sciences with responsibility for specific departments and by representing the entire college in the Southeast US region. This position spends a majority of time building and cultivating relationships with individuals, corporations and foundations who can contribute at the targeted major gift level of $100K and above. Additional time is spent regularly interacting with the college\'s leaders, colleagues in university development, associate deans for development within schools of the university and directors of units. As senior director I serve as the lead in the natural and mathematical sciences division and manage two directors of development.
