About Rachel Pannell
When I joined the Thomas Duke team in 2015, I combined my real estate experience with my ability to establish strong business relationships, which enabled me to strengthen the Thomas Duke commercial real estate portfolio. In my current role as the Director of Leasing and Tenant Success, I manage all of the in-house leasing for Thomas Duke Company, for both new and existing tenants. I started my real estate career at CBRE, where I developed, executed, and managed the marketing efforts of my sales team. A background in commercial property research and marketing analysis, paired with the ability to connect and understand my clients\' requirements, allows me to meet the tenants\' needs while benefiting each Thomas Duke-represented property.
