What a privilege it is to help students achieve their career goals and develop a love for continuous learning! As a Tenure-Track Professor, I design and teach a variety of business courses focused on preparing students for success in the global business environment. I lead classes in areas such as eBusiness, International Business, Sourcing and Supplier Relations, and Materials Management, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications and collaborative learning.In addition to classroom instruction, I serve as the Lead Faculty Advisor for the DECA program, guiding students through professional development opportunities and competitions. I also contribute to curriculum development, business program advising, and serve on the Business Advisory Committee to ensure that our programs remain aligned with industry trends.My teaching philosophy fosters curiosity-driven learning, critical thinking, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating an environment where students can develop the skills necessary to excel in business leadership.
