I\'m a strategy-driven technology executive passionate about building what doesn’t yet exist—teams, capabilities, and revenue streams—especially in space, defense, and emerging technologies. With a foundation in systems engineering and business strategy, I’ve led high-stakes efforts and critical negotiations across commercial and government sectors to design, scale, and deliver mission-aligned solutions.Over the last decade, I’ve led high-impact teams through the architecture, development, and deployment of large-scale programs from zero to orbit. My leadership style is curiosity-driven empowerment, grounded in cross-functional collaboration, creative problem-solving, and hands-on support when it matters most. This approach has consistently driven high retention, deep team engagement, and transformational results.At Lockheed Martin, I led entry into new Space Development Agency markets—growing cumulative revenue from $0 to $2.6B in under four years. I managed strategic investments to design and build an sq. ft. Class and ICD-705-certified small satellite production line, capable of delivering nearly 200 spacecraft annually with multi-level security operations. At SAIC, I stood up from scratch a first-time satellite production capability, delivering a Class commercial CubeSat manufacturing environment in under 7 months—achieving startup CapEx at over 90% below industry norms. Across roles, I’ve owned portfolio strategy, capture leadership, and complex stakeholder alignment—ensuring teams deliver under pressure and across domains.After driving growth through multiple large-scale, first-of-their-kind initiatives, I made the intentional decision to step away from the Fortune 500. I relocated with my partner to support her new role in mission-driven nonprofit work and took a first “mini-retirement” to recalibrate. I launched Realtime Pursuit to support mission-focused organizations with transition planning, strategic storytelling, and program capture. I operate comfortably across technical, operational, and strategic domains—and thrive in environments where ambiguity is high, stakes are real, and the mission matters.
