ABOUT ROZERIK ROSS MILSTEIN
Therapeutic Work Supervised by Lauren Worley LCSW #68178 at a Time Frame Focused Wellness Strategist, with a Master\'s in Clinical Psychology, I offer a multi-faceted approach to personal development. My coaching practice centers on relieving Trauma, serving both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients. I draw upon science, lived experience, compassion, and intuition to guide the sessions. By incorporating evidence-based approaches, I aim to help individuals overcome past challenges, build resilience, and embrace a more positive future. My work often explores the hidden impacts of unresolved grief on personal growth, examining how past losses may influence emotional fulfillment. My individualized approach considers the potential connection between unaddressed trauma and well-being, offering non-talk therapy strategies to break free from cyclical patterns.Inspired by pioneering psychologists Otto Rank and Rollo May, I approach trauma management by acknowledging anxiety as a natural life force. It is EVERWHERE. Drawing from his experience as a school therapist (under Supervision), I recognize the challenges of parenting in today\'s society. I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent families, addressing issues such as burnout, guilt, and impatience. My strategies aim to foster self-confidence and stronger relationships, encouraging families to reframe their narratives beyond limiting diagnoses. My background in media executive roles has led me to explore work-life balance. I suggest that deliberate planning may contribute to work-life HARMONY. By examining root causes of fatigue and burnout with compassion, I seek to guide individuals towards renewed energy.I also strive to inspire and guide clients as they navigate obstacles and develop perseverance. My approach is tailored to each client\'s individual needs, focusing on holistic wellness, strategic goal-setting, and time management. I integrate expert collaborations when appropriate to provide comprehensive support for individuals and couples.Through my work, I aim to reframe perspectives, re-author identities, and reinforce compassionate growth for all of my clients.
