Not only does my team build and deliver high-impact content, but we oversee the technology strategy that removes friction and puts the right content in the right hands at the right time. My team and I have worked to incorporate AI into the enablement practice in a people-centric and people-controlled manner. The end result is to delight our sales makers AND our customers.
