I have over 20 years experience designing compelling experiences that are both a pleasure to use and commercially successful for the businesses who commission them.My approach helps spot opportunities for behavioural change in the audience by analysing the unique ways in which they make their decisions. I take a wide view of the experience ecosystem before honing in on the particular areas for improvement and defining the strategy for those parts of the experience.I\'m a visual thinker who loves the sketching and concepting as much as I love the nitty gritty details of a near finished experience. I\'m an energetic workshop moderator, bringing out the best in the participants and ensuring we squeeze as much useful material out of that time as we can.My experience includes projects for EE, Investec, Mount Anvil, Sainsbury\'s, Premier Inn, Legal & General, Aetna and The RSC as well as countless other interesting bits and bobs.
