   Responsibilities:Report monthly, weekly and daily KPIs.Receive the confirmed supply plan from S & OE process and disaggregate this down to the daily level. Maintain a valid master schedule throughout the detailed planning horizon (typically the emergency zone +1 week) with no past dues and no over-capacity ensuring all support functions are properly planned to support critical workcenters.Evaluate all changes to supply plan for impact and escalation within defined limits or where necessary.Facilitate the weekly site review between Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Maintenance. Validate a 36-month planning horizon expressed as production days available. Facilitate the monthly supply point review.Collate plant capacity data and available hours to feed into the weekly Capacity Review and monthly Supply Review.In constrained situations, liaise with Quality & other functions to provide the priorities for execution of the master schedule to meet customer requirements. Liaise with Logistics for arrangement of transport in line with master schedule.Liaise with demand controller on product availability, timeline, and impact for un-forecasted and short notice orders.Order raw materials and packing items in line with inventory policy and work to maintain safety stocks for raw materials and packaging.Report Supplier Delivery Performance and drive improvement with suppliers.Be the key user/local system expert on SAP functionality and plant PAKMAN appDrive and implement process improvements to help with SAP recording and BoM accuracy.Be responsible for the planning master data and sustainable operations as well (order policy, order quantity etc).Custodian of BoMs and routings and their upkeep in SAP for correct and accurate product costing.Maintain and review planning rates, max on-stream rate and validate against OEE.Support site operations from an SAP perspective.Support variance investigation and RCAs.Manage SAP error system (COGI) and trouble shoot issues.
