An experienced professional with proven skills across design and delivery of Education & Talent Development outcomes, leading people, managing procurement operations, strong understanding of call center operations. All of this across two industries – CRM and SCM processes and working with both External and Internal Clients. I have worked across a variety of diverse roles in my 15+ yrs career. Roles such as Global Process Owner for Procurement Help Desk; Lead Trainer for Asia Pacific; Program Manager - Special projects, Grapevines; Knowledge Transition Lead; Quality Analyst (calls and emails), and most recently Relationship Manager (Skills and Talent Development). Prior to joining IBM in April 2004, I had worked as a Sr. Customer Service Associate @ First Ring India Pvt Ltd, a Marketing Executive @ Emerald Consultancy and Placement Centre and as a Tool and Die Maker @ TAFE – manufacturers of Tractor Machines & Farm Equipment. Amongst the notable achievements during this broad experience is the transformation of the Procurement CAC process during an IBM Assignment@Philippines for an external client - standardizing the helpdesk ticket management process, creation of desk procedures and implementing process controls. My academic qualifications include a Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI University, Sikkim and a 4year intensive Diploma course in Tool and Die Making (Mech. Engg). In addition, I have also undertaken a design course on CATIA at EDS Technologies and also qualified to deliver corporate training on key business skills like Negotiations, Presentation, Team Leadership, Project Management (basic), Agile Practices and Client Facing etc.
