Handle end-to-end accounting for each project in Reel books (Accounting Cloud Software) or Tally.• Manage cash and cash cards, and post accounting entries project-wise.• Ensure GST compliance for supplier invoices and proper deduction of project-wise TDS.• Reconcile project bank accounts and make project-wise TDS payments.• File documents vendor-wise to meet audit/production requirements.• Assist with client and statutory/internal audits.• Provide periodic reports for TDS and GST credits to the corporate tax team to meet statutory compliance.• Prepare Form 52A for the engagement period.• Prepare accounting cost reports, making adjustments based on production team inputs.• Verify GST compliance of vendors and hold back GST amount where possible.• Verify compliance status and report specified persons under section 206AB of the Income Tax Act.• Ensure monthly GST compliance and report non-compliance by vendors if applicable.• Maintain records according to guidelines for incentives in shooting foreign films in India.• Reconciliation of GSTR2A, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and annual return with Tax team• Preparation of the payment files/batches and operating CMS banking portals for different banks.
