   I am a Managing Director in Accenture\'s Growth & Strategy corporate function\'s (Chief Strategy Officer\'s organisation) thought leadership and strategic research team, and based in Bengaluru, India.\\\\n\\\\nThis function is involved in activities around corporate strategy, corporate development, thought leadership, strategic research and competitor intelligence. Key activities involve strategic analysis, providing strategic options and implementing key corporate imperatives for Accenture with a focus on the leadership agenda. This function also supports leadership in the development, implementation, and refinement of Accenture’s corporate strategy.\\\\n\\\\nI perform two roles (1) lead a 75+ member multi-disciplinary team of industry, functional and technology thought leadership and strategic research SMEs based in India (2) lead a 30+ strong team of global technology sector research SMEs and thought leaders spread across the world. The teams I manage, develop thought leadership, undertake strategic research & analysis, assesses industry trends, determine market size and structure, carry out value chain and financial analysis, support corporate strategy, provide inputs for business development and go-to-marketing strategy, M&A screening, identify new growth opportunities and support market & competitive intelligence efforts. The teams I lead have a global focus.\\\\n\\\\nAs part of insight generation, strategy development and planning I get involved in facilitating the conceptualization of strategic goals/objectives; gathering pertinent business, financial, service and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; evaluating outcomes. This involves managing and/or working with multi-disciplinary teams to develop thought leadership and contribute to strategic initiatives.\\\\n\\\\nI closely follow and research topics at the intersection of technological change, business transformation, economic growth, social transformation and sustainability.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
