About Roy King

Roy King is an entrepreneur, executive, and business strategist who has spent his career helping teams harness technology to improve people\'s lives. As CEO and Executive Director of XtraMath, Roy leads a nonprofit EdTech platform committed to universal numeracy—reaching millions of students globally with essential math tools. Under his leadership, XtraMath has become a self-sustaining, mostly subsidized by premium sales to School Districts.Roy\'s approach blends innovation with purpose. He launched his first web company in the 1990s and went on to co-found SmartChange.org, one of the earliest Tech nonprofits. After multiple ventures in London and Silicon Valley, Roy spent a decade at Microsoft, where he helped build Microsoft 365 from a bold internal business plan into the most successful SaaS product in history. He worked closely with senior leadership on the long range product strategy, led global partnership initiatives, and helped Fortune 100 clients adopt cloud and AI-based solutions.
