My role is to support the evolution of AIB (UK)s strategy, including leading delivery of a number of key regulatory deliverables. I am presently leading our UK LIBOR migration project. Working to ensure our customers have all the information to support a decision to migrate to an alternative rate by the end of Q3 in line with the PRA roadmap. Key to this is ensuing the process is as simple as possible and that our staff are fully briefed to deal with any customer queries. As part of my role I represent AIB on the UK Finance LIBOR steering group and am responsible for dealing with queries/returns to our regulatorsI continue to lead out our UK PSD2/Open Banking projects, I have been a member of the CMAs, Implementation Entity Steering Group (IESG) for Open Banking since its inception. This group contains a range of industry and consumer reps who are working together to ensure the success of open banking in the UK. I am also responsible for the UK roll out of SCA to our card customer base for Q1 2022, working closely with out ream in ROI and UK Finance.In addition I have lead out the delivery of our response to regulators on readiness for the potential of negative interest rates. As well as supporting elements of our strategy post COVID.Increasingly my role is working with our team in ROI to ensure our Enterprise organisation and IT systems are aligned to support our business going forward
