Over the last decade, I’ve worn more hats than most wardrobes can handle - building radio ad campaigns, boosting OTT branded content monetization, launching HR tech & InsurTech platforms, and driving new business from boardrooms to buzzing co-working spaces. My first big break was at Zeta, where I jumped headfirst into fintech and discovered a passion for forging partnerships and surpassing targets.For a Mumbai boy who’d never lived outside the city, joining a regional OTT platform in Hyderabad (AHA) was a leap. Building the business from the local community without knowing the language or culture meant adapting fast. But through those challenges, I helped grow the market 3x and signed marquee brand deals, driving monetization for fiction and non-fiction content that entertained millions across the South.Now at PayU, I focus on cross-border payments and fintech solutions, helping global companies connect with Indian consumers and localize revenues, all while navigating ever-changing regulations. I thrive on creative problem-solving (JUGAD), genuine connections, and turning even the most complex challenges into wins.I’ll admit, my path wasn’t always corporate - I once tried launching a travelers’ hostel in Goa (it flopped, but the stories were golden). I came back stronger, with an even bigger appetite for building.
