Our aim is to identify, acquire, develop and operate Next-Gen Data Center sites that meet our stringent performance and service criteria and are suitable for large AI/HDC deployments. It will ensure we are fastest to market without compromising on Value, Reliability, Innovation, Service, Efficiency, Sustainability and Security. Our Flagship, Next-Gen, scalable Data Center campus in Central Texas is being custom-designed specifically to cater for hyperscalers focused on leading-edge developments in AI/HDC and other emerging technologies.Our long-term goal is to design, build and operate a global network of highly secure, Tier certified (or better), flexible, scalable Data Centers creating minimal environmental impact and ultimately achieving an overall low-carbon footprint. That’s our statement of intent and means quite simply, where possible, we will be pragmatic and not become part of the problem by relying solely on the grid for primary power.
