I am passionate about change and disruption. I create future visions of what things could be. I use futures thinking to create breaking strategies and innovations, and I bridge the gap between foresight, business strategy and design.I am foresight and design leader at Thales, specifically for Design Center Quebec, Thales design studio that covers North America. My responsibilities include: increase the level of foresight and design awareness and maturity in Thales businesses, and share knowledge inside and outside the organization. I set the foresight and design strategy and vision, I mentor, develop and coach practitioners, and I drive foresight and design business development and growth. On a global scale, I lead the community of our 14 Design Centers around the world to make strategic design shine and grow. In addition to my responsibilities with Thales, I am a consultant of 18 years of experience. I align futures, businesses, products, service strategy with the needs of your users / consumers in order to achieve your goals. I consult on foresight, design management, design vision and design coaching.I am strategic, creative, versatile, innovative, and reliable.
