I find myself at a unique crossroads where technology meets operational efficiency. With over 11 years of experience in IT support—four of which have been dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations—I’ve had the chance to lead ERP implementations across five countries. This journey has impacted more than 600 users, and I can’t express how rewarding it is to turn complex business requirements into seamless technical solutions that not only improve processes but also foster collaboration among teams.In my current role as the Dynamics 365 F&O Lead at the International Rescue Committee, I’ve been able to convert intricate business needs into clear technical models. One of my proudest achievements was directing our North America application support team, where we achieved a remarkable 30% reduction in average incident response time. It’s these kinds of results that keep me motivated and excited about what I do every day.Before this role, I served as a Regional ERP Hyper Support Coordinator where I developed deep knowledge of key D365 F&O processes like Finance and Supply Chain Management. My experience delivering escalated technical support to over 600 employees across 8 sites taught me how vital it is to maintain strong communication lines while meeting SLAs and IT policies.I also had the opportunity to act as a Senior IT Manager for a brief period, where I was part of the Country Leadership Team. Participating in strategic planning helped me understand how technology can drive organizational success from a higher level—a perspective I carry into all my projects.Outside of work, I’m passionate about using technology for social good.
