Assists the agencies in identifying energy conservation measures, reviewing the estimated savings and design plans, completing construction administration site visits, and leading the development of punch lists for the work. • Oversees and conducts energy audits for both higher education and industrial clients. • Leads a compliance effort to address energy use in large buildings in the City of Philadelphia, reviewing maintenance activity and ensuring that building systems are working at peak performance.
