Over a professional life spanning 20-plus years, I have had the great fortune to lead and serve programs and units both small and large. I concluded my active-duty Naval service as a hand-selected helicopter squadron Commanding Officer, accountable for over 250 personnel and more than $500 million in assets. I thrive in diverse and dynamic environments, where my engaging approach and tireless work ethic are key attributes to success.     Selected by senior management to assume responsibility for CTS Fare Gates programs, to include both delivery and improvements to existing programs in production as well as the full project lifecycle for the next-generation fare gate. Oversight and responsibility for all aspects of project execution through initial design, development, prototype build and test, and ultimately production build and delivery- Leads full cross-functional team of systems, hardware, and software engineers as well as production and manufacturing, procurement, and also third-party partners in the efforts associated with the gate design, development, test, and delivery. Full budgetary/financial and cost/schedule management oversight- Continued responsibility for cost/schedule management and oversight of design/build efforts for Cubic\'s >$500M contract with New York City\'s Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), replacing the legacy MetroCard system with contactless payment across the entirety of NYC public transit (subways and buses) as well as railroad (LIRR and MNR)- In addition to oversight of design/build financials, assigned additional responsibility for management of Services financials, to include revenue/sales, profit, and GM through the project transition period leading to the commencement of optional warranty years.
