I have been doing grazing management and ranch managment planning for over 40 years. This includes livestock nutritional managment on rangelands and wildlife habitat management. In the last 15 years, I have focused on assisting ranches and ranch-based enterprises become more profitable through strategic planning and implementation. I have advanced training in mediation and helping groups find common solutions in adversarial situations.I have worked internationally in both Brazil and Argentina.Specialties: 1) Management of rangelands to meet the needs of sage grouse.2) Effective reorganization of enterprises to achieve profit and success. 3) Training people to be better rangeland ecologists and managers
