I have been involved in medical imaging device development for over 36 years. Through this journey I have developed application SW, ported a real-time OS, built device drivers, implemented real-time data acquisition systems, optimized performance of massive computational subsystems (HW and SW) and delivered FPGA implementations through individual contributions and leading global teams of all sizes. Over the last 10 years I have been the manager of a team of algorithm (analytic & AI) developers and physics researchers to define and deliver the core calibration and reconstruction algorithms for GE Healthcare Premium CT Scanners. I have recruited and developed talent to create a high-performance team. Then drove this team\'s development and guided it to deliver to its business targets.
