February 2013 I began an assignment as a Safety Advisor where I strive to improve safety performance and prevent incidents by providing the workforce with on-going safety coaching through job planning, recognizing and mitigating hazards and effective use of safety tools. I also assist in coordinating safety workshops and presentations for XOM employees and our core contractors. Promote and facilitate the development of safe work procedures, risk assessments and job safety analysis tools to foster a strong safety culture.
