   As a member of the Global Sourcing and Procurement organization for Technip Energies I am responsible for defining and delivering the organization, processes, systems, tools, personnel (inclusive of their career development), and KPI’s (key performance indicators) for the vendor coordination, expediting, and inspection domains that collectively comprise our Vendor Performance Management (VPM) team in the HOC (America’s) region. Our VPM teams engage pro-actively with our suppliers, partners, agencies, notifying authorities, project management teams, engineering teams, construction teams, and quality assurance domains to deliver the expediting and inspection services for all purchased material and equipment on our projects. We support energy projects ranging in size from $1mn in excess of $10bn by managing all phases of supplier performance up to and through pre-inspection, inspection, and shipping release with follow-on resolution as required to support on time and on spec delivery for our projects material and equipment.
