   The face of the NJ office, greeting guests and visitors, and being the point of contact for the building as well as our other offices in Dallas, and Palo Alto (no longer active as of June 2024) and Shenzhen (China).Order and maintain essential office supplies.Manage access to the suite by providing temporary building badges to visiting colleagues, or daily passes for external guests. Coordinate with the building on maintenance schedules, cleaning crews, and other facility management needs. POC for our local IT needs, including an inventory of on-site technology, and coordinating with our Dallas, TX-based team for technology issues for Jersey City office residents. Assist with scheduling local interviews for new team members. Help schedule and organize local office events and outings as needed.
