About Roy Haught

I have over 30 years of professional and hands-on experience in the private and government sector. I am a recognized professional leader in research of innovations in water treatment and sensor development technologies. I am successful in technology transfer, public/private collaborations via cooperative research and development agreements, and commercialization of laboratory developed technology. I have broad business and government based experience, with diverse leadership competences focusing mostly on small, innovative, and developing business and technologies. As a technology transfer group leader, I\'ve coordinated directly with the Agency research management and staff in supporting translation of EPA technology into the commercial market. With the U.S. EPA since 1997 I have designed, developed, patented, and successful in working with nongovernment partners in developing and transferring innovative technologies into the commercial market.
