Roy is a licensed professional structural engineer with a broad range of experience in structural engineering and engineering software development. He has been responsible for structural engineering on a variety of projects using precast/pretensioned and post-tensioned concrete, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, and composites. These include new construction, expansion, failure investigations, and construction engineering of bridges, commercial structures, and industrial structures.
