Operationalized the building of risk intelligence for the Consumer Lending RCSA Workshops. Developed and enhanced new sustainable end-to-end processes to collect and compile necessary data intelligence inputs to effectively inform the identification and assessment of risks and controls. Identified, led, developed, and influenced partnerships w/numerous key stakeholders across CL Control (BCMs, RCSA Control Program, Analytics & Reporting), CL Shared Services (e.g, Analytics, BPM, RIT), WFIP, and Business Excellence partners resulting in timely identification of data sources and meta data needed to develop the necessary content for the RCSA data fact packs. Trained, coached, and guided the Managed Resources on the RIT Enablement Program. Directed efforts to automate/integrate the necessary data (views/reports) into CL’s Control Information Hub to ensure transparency, standardization, and easy/consistent user accessibility. Conducted Partner Engagement discussions with the Business Partners, ensuring the accuracy of fact pack data and that key input is captured and provided for the RCSA Workshop. Identified areas of improvement and implemented changes as applicable. Applied forward thinking to foresee roadblocks and challenges Successfully project managed Readiness and Pre-RCSA activities to meet milestones Effectively escalated issues in a timely manner.
