Roy joined Atlantic in 2011 as a broker in the Charlotte office, and was promoted to Managing Partner of the Mid-Atlantic office in 2012.He oversees the brokerage activity in the region and has been active with the expansion of notable retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, Abra Auto Body and Glass, Fitness Connection, Mattress Firm, Chopt Salad Company and Heartland Dental. He has owned and operated several retail businesses, so he is uniquely qualified to advise other retail businesses on expansion and strategy.
