Construction management professional with over twenty years’ experience in heavy industrial construction in the following industries: Oil & Gas (Upstream, Downstream, LNG), Power Generation (Fossil fuels, NG, Nuclear), Land Development, and Environmental Remediation. I have a proven track record in managing construction projects as an Owner Representative, also from a construction/project manager standpoint. Projects range from $100K -$2B. I possess the ability to interface with the client and sub-contractors, interface with regulatory agencies, estimate projects, cost track, assist in development of HSE protocols, contractor selection, generate project reports, and mechanical completion.Possess the ability to solve technical/critical problems, maintain and interpret project/industry specifications, standards and code, interpret quality control documents and test data, write technical reports, communicate engineering/quality issues with senior-level management. Additional experience includes overseeing, and monitoring mass cut/fill projects, facility installations, pipelines (steel and poly), coded vessels, road rehabilitation projects, soil stabilization/remediation projects, static and dynamic pile load test programs, placement and inspection of complex steel reinforced foundations and structures, placement and inspection of concrete, fabrication and erection of structural steel. Well experienced in Microsoft works applications, Primavera, cost tracking, reporting, geotechnical software, and piling software.
