End to End Logistics and Distribution function support Corporate Mergers, Integrations and Divestments (MA & D) within GMS. Responsible for providing the support to drive significant Supply Chain transformation as a result of buying and selling assets through GSK Corporate Business Development initiatives. Global strategic conduit within Supply Chain, Corporate Legal, Business Development and the Commercial LOCs teams aligning across GSK central functions for the successful delivery of GSK new business network changes, product introductions and strategic acquisitions and divestments.Supply chain lead for divestment of the Cork Facility to Thermo Fisher and Mississauga Facility to Bora Pharmaceuticals • Managing relationships across the GSK organization and relevant external stakeholders • Influence understanding of distribution requirements as part of business development strategy and contract setting – ensure all business development and divestment contracts can be supported by GSK’s logistics and distribution processes• Support due diligence as required• Project Manage utilising the Supply Chain New Business integration approach• Deliver workable distribution processes and understanding of distribution requirements• Develop new integration and divestment tools and processes • Ensure Logistic Service Provider (LSP) readiness for launches and supply chain transformation • Ensure the appropriate standards are delivered to meet the business requirement• Provide focused management and coordination on all launch /divestment/acquisition of first shipment & distribution activities• Operational management of complex Logistics and Distribution services• Development of Supply Chain Logistics and Distribution vision which arise through divestment or acquisition initiatives
