Throughout a tenured career at Banco Industrial has been involved in nearly all facets of the banking business, from strategic formulation and implementation, process improvement, product expansion, service channel optimization, overall digital transformation, as well as organizational restructuring, policy and process revamps, and streamlining of procedures. In 2010 I embraced the Japanese 5S methodology and have since then made it an integral part of my work and personal life.

I assist in commercial strategy and help prep relationship managers with a pre-sales matrix before every sales call. These pre-sales matrices deliver actionable recommendations to serve as negotiation levers with the objective of increasing share of wallet while maintaining alignment with the bank\'s ideal customer profile (ICP) in order to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
