Since joining G Comms in 2019, I have progressed from Service Delivery Coordinator to Service Delivery Manager, and now into my current role as Commercial and Customer Experience Advisor.This journey has allowed me to grow alongside the business while continuing to contribute to our success in new and dynamic ways.In my current position, I support the growth of G Comms by driving commercial performance and enhancing customer experience, working collaboratively with internal teams and clients to deliver value, strengthen relationships, and secure sustainable opportunities.My experience leading high-performing service delivery teams has strengthened my commercial mindset, attention to detail, and ability to deliver strategic, customer-focused outcomes.With over 15 years of experience across automotive, construction, and telecommunications environments, I bring a proven ability to manage complex workstreams, build strong relationships, and deliver results in fast-paced settings.I am passionate about supporting business growth, improving ways of working, and ensuring our clients consistently receive industry-leading service and value.I take real pride in overcoming challenges, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously striving for excellence.
