I\'m quick, accessible and friendly; get to grips with difficult situations speedily; and have a proven track record in resolving a wide range of commercial disputes. I love to develop long-term relationships with clients, where we can work together to head off potential risks to their business, and focus on achieving success - whatever that looks like for them! But while I advocate trying to reach pragmatic, commercial settlements, I have significant experience of successfully taking cases to trial. I specialise in high value, complex disputes, many of which involve international elements, some of which include regulatory issues, and all of which necessitate deep understanding of the client’s business. With a background in strategy, I am adept at considering not just legal solutions but solutions that factor in the client’s wider context. The ultimate aim of karatedo is not just physical but mental, to build character, conquer human misery and find spiritual freedom.
